Our forms collect your name, email, optional business and website or portfolio details, area of interest, message and optional budget preference. We record your consent, submission type and time. Do not submit passwords, payment information, identity documents, medical information or confidential client records.
We use the information to assess your request, respond, clarify requirements and maintain a record of the conversation. Internship applications are used to assess candidates for their selected role. We do not treat a consultation request as permission to add you to a marketing mailing list.
Submitted information is stored in the configured database. The public deployment uses Vercel for the website, Render for form processing and MongoDB for storage. When enabled, a copy is kept in a private Google Sheets workbook, with separate tabs for each form. When email notifications are configured, an email provider sends the notification to our business inbox. These providers may process data outside your country. Access is limited to authorised personnel and providers needed to operate these services.
The submission service uses hashed request identifiers, submission keys and limited technical records to reduce spam and duplicate requests. It does not intentionally write enquiry text to public error logs. The hosting platform may maintain security and access logs under its own policies.
The website is configured to expire stored enquiries and internship applications after 180 days. MongoDB expiry indexes and the Google Sheets daily deletion task must be enabled by the operator. Abuse-prevention records expire sooner. Deletion timing depends on those cleanup processes. Information separately retained for an agreed project or an email conversation may follow that engagement’s retention requirements. Please contact us if you would like a request removed from both the database and Google Sheets.
You can request access, correction or deletion of information submitted here by writing from the email used in the request. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where there is an appropriate contractual or legal reason. You can withdraw contact consent; this does not reverse processing already performed.
This initial website does not load marketing pixels or optional analytics. The private review host may require essential authentication cookies. Read the Cookie Policy for the current setup. Any future optional tracking should be reviewed and configured before activation.
External services, including Instagram, have their own privacy policies. We may update this policy when the website’s collection or providers change. The date above identifies the latest published version.
